The Los Angeles Free Clinic Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Training will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at 8405 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles. You should register by October 5. The training is designed to teach legal professionals how to assist pro per clients declaring a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy or as a refresher course for those who want to update their skills. Twelve-year volunteer attorney Andy Altholz is the training instructor. The training price includes the "Chapter 7 Consumer Bankruptcy Manual" and sample forms. The cost is $60 for LAFC volunteers, $80 for non-volunteers and $20 for students. For more information, call (323) 337-1709.
